Motel Policies

Motel Check-in:

  • Weekdays 2pm to 9pm weekdays
  • Friday & Saturday 2pm to 10pm


Early or late check-ins are not available.

•A minimum $20 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations made at any time. 


No shows or cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will result in charges equivalent to the first night's rental fee. No exceptions will be made for any reason including weather, cancellation of charters or events.


Exceptions: Holidays and Holiday weekends and special event weekends require a minimum 7 day cancellation notice. Cancellation with less than 7 days notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservation.


All rooms are designated non smoking. Smoking outside only. Smoking inside the rooms will result in a $100 cleaning fee to remove smoke odor.


Pet-friendly with limitations. Contact us for approval. A one time $20 per day cleaning charge will be added for each pet. Guests are responsible for any pet damage.

Cottage Policies

Cottage Check-in:

  • Weekdays 4pm to 9pm
  • Friday & Saturday 4pm to 10pm


COTTAGES require a deposit. NO cottage reservation will considered confirmed until the first nights fee is paid regardless of what service was used to make the reservation. Cottages require a 30 day cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee .


Cancellations from 14 to 30 days in advance will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reservation. Cancellations with less than 14 days will be responsible for the entire reservation fee. Travel protection is available upon booking directly thru us by phone or on the web.
